We are looking for someone who: Has experience of supporting children or young people within a classroom TA or pastoral role Is calm, empathetic and able to build strong professional relationships. Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. Can adapt their approach to meet a wide range of individual needs Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Believes in inclusion and has high aspirations for every pupil.
