Job description

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teaching assistant to work in our small and friendly infant school. The role will involve supporting teaching and learning within the Nursery and across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) unit. The successful candidate will work with all children, providing support through play, learning activities and daily routines. This will include working with individual children on a 1:1 basis when required, as well as supporting small groups to promote children's learning, development and wellbeing. The role will also include supporting children's personal care needs where required, preparing resources and displays, supervising children during lunchtime, and undertaking general Teaching Assistant duties to help create a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment.
