Qualifications: Minimum Grade C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent). Experience: Proven experience in nurture and behaviour management in a primary school setting. Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to engage and motivate children, and a commitment to being an integral part of our school community.
Working 1:1 or with small groups Apply knowledge of various intervention programmes, including phonics. Foster a positive learning environment that boost achievement, independence and self-esteem.
