Job description

Teaching Assistant with HLTA responsibilities Pinchbeck East C of E Primary Academy are currently seeking to appoint an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic full time Fixed-Term Teaching Assistant(fixed until31.08.2027). The total hours for this role will be 32.5, 39 weeks per year(including 5 training days) and will be worked as follows: 26.25 as a Teaching Assistant, grade 3 point 6-9 6.25 as a HLTA grade 5 point 12-15 We are looking for someone who: Is dedicated, caring, enthusiastic, creative and inspiring and has the skill set to support all children to become the best Has excellent communication and team working skills Is able to promote social and personal development Is confident in supporting phonics Is able to foster excellent working relationships with the children they are working with Is committed to developing their own skills Is committed to delivering high-quality support and intervention work Is able to prepare and adapt resources and teaching materials Has good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent) and NVQ 2 (or equivalent) Teaching Assistant Qualification.
