What You'll Be Doing As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally. Your role could include: Supporting pupils with classroom learning and practical activities. Encouraging positive behaviour, resilience and confidence. Acting as a positive role model throughout the school day. Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required. Working alongside teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment in line with the Curriculum for Wales. We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have Experience In... Sports coaching or PE. Youth work or mentoring. Fitness instruction or personal training. Dance, gymnastics or martial arts coaching. Holiday clubs or activity camps. This position starts immediately and is a Supply role that may lead to a long term contract. The position is open to both new and experienced TA's.
