About the role

Nursery Welfare Assistant- Grade 3 32.5 hours - Maternity Cover Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm Start date 04/01/2027- 16/07/2027 £13.28 per hour (Pro- rata) Broken Cross Primary Academy and Nursery is a busy, vibrant school and proud to be one of the founding members of the Halliard Trust. We are looking to appoint a Welfare Assistant to join our nurturing, innovative and dedicated nursery team. Our nursery is an integral part of the school and takes children aged 2 - 4 years old. The successful applicant will have to have at least a relevant nursery level 2 qualification. This is an exciting opportunity to join Broken Cross Primary Academy, a member of the Halliard Trust, a multi-academy trust based in Cheshire. The Trust offers opportunities for peer support and professional development. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children. All appointments are subject to stringent safeguarding procedures, including enhanced DBS clearance.
