About the GCA framework (RM6376)

The Crown Commercial Service’s Supply of Teachers and Education Recruitment (RM6376) framework — commonly called the GCA framework — is the UK Government’s approved route for schools, academies, multi-academy trusts, local authorities, colleges and universities to procure supply teachers and permanent education staff at pre-agreed, compliant rates.

Lot 1 (Agency Panel): a panel of approved recruitment agencies from which schools can directly hire teachers, teaching assistants, leadership and support staff.

Lot 2 (Master Vendor Managed Service): a single supplier appointed to fully manage a school’s or trust’s temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
