Part of the Sapientia Education Trust Email: k.ward@shs.set.education Salary - SCP7-11, £19,173 - £20,799 actual pa (£26,403 – £28,142 FTE) Permanent Part Time 31.25 hours per week Term Time plus 1 week Stradbroke is an excellent community school with a real family feel. Our latest Ofsted inspection in Nov 2023, was ungraded but reported we were “likely to be outstanding” on a graded inspection. THE ROLE The school caters for students of all abilities from its local community, including those with SEND. The successful candidate would mainly work with small groups outside the classroom delivering tailored interventions and individualised support though would also support in the classroom as required. They would be responsible for the planning and monitoring of the interventions. The SEND Department plays a crucial role in the success of students and therefore a commitment to wider opportunities such as attending trips or being a first aider would be an advantage.
