About Us Are you looking for a fulfilling, worthwhile and secure job? Would you like to have a job that makes a real difference? Come and join the team at Sladewood Academy in Stroud, part of the SAND Academy Trust, a Trust in Gloucestershire offering exceptional education in our eight schools. About you The successful applicant should have a passion for working with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities and be qualified to Level 3 in a relevant qualification. You may be working in a similar role and have experience with Early Years, such as a Senior Learning Support Worker. You will be responsible for supporting teaching staff with their responsibility for the development and education of pupils, some of whom may have a complex range of special needs. The Role We are looking to appoint a Learning Partner to join our dedicated and friendly team to provide cover across the school. The successful applicant should have a passion for working with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities. The main purpose of the Learning Partner is to support teaching and learning within classes. The Schools and the Trust We are passionate that every child deserves the very best education.
