Permanent, 15 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 10 additional days 3 pm - 6 pm Monday to Friday Salary NJC Scale Point 3, £25,614 per annum (£13.28 per hour) Actual Salary £9,110 per annum Required as soon as possible The Academy Council of this high achieving and oversubscribed Catholic Voluntary Academy is looking to appoint two self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic cleaners to join their supportive and positive team. The postholders will be responsible for cleaning designated areas within the school to ensure they are maintained to a clean and hygienic standard. Protective clothing will be provided. What are we looking for? The post holders will: Have a positive and flexible approach, with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrate high personal standards and expectations. Be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleaning throughout the school during term time, ensuring the cleanliness of a designated area. Carry out cleaning duties to a consistent standard, including wiping, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning toilets. Comply with all Health and Safety requirements at all times, including the safe use and storage of cleaning materials in accordance with risk assessments. The post includes a substantial amount of lifting, bending and stretching. What can we offer you?
