About the role

Learning Support Assistant Contract: Permanent Start Date: September/October 2026 Hours of Work: up to 35.25 hours per week (subject to agreement), to be worked between 8.15am to 4pm Monday, 8.30am to 4pm Tuesday to Friday. 38 weeks per year (term time only). Salary: Range 1b point 6-10 (Actual salary for 35.25 hrs/wk is £21,075pa to £21,912pa) Location: Wendover, Buckinghamshire Are you a friendly, enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference? We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work with students across the 11-18 age range who have physical and/or learning disabilities and support them directly in the classroom under the guidance of the teacher, or within our specialised Learner Support Department. What We Are Looking For You do not need prior school experience, as all necessary training is provided. However, the following attributes and qualifications are essential: Reliability, patience, flexibility, and a good level of general knowledge. A minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Mathematics, English, and a Science.
