Job description

Hilltop Junior School are seeking a flexible, organised and enthusiastic person to assist with supporting all aspects of school administration, lead Breakfast Club operations and assist with Midday duties. This role includes: providing administration support relating to after school clubs, breakfast clubs, school uniform, school meals, school trips, attendance and newsletters acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, visitors, contractors etc. including post and email distribution assist with unwell children, administering first aid or medication where required maintaining accurate records on systems such as Bromcom, National College training platform, MIS systems finance administration, pupil admissions, fundraising and marketing, website administration Breakfast Club and Midday duties lead the operations, maintaining registers and ensuring fees are paid line manage Breakfast Club Assistant liaise with catering staff, prepare and serve breakfast assist children at mealtimes, leading activities provide pastoral care and guidance, enforcing sanctions as appropriate managing midday duty rota safeguarding of children, reporting any concerns Please refer to the full job description and person specification for this role.
