About the role

Learning Support Assistant Contract: Term-time only Salary: LGS Scale 3 pts 5-6 + London Fringe Allowance (pro rata) 26.67 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:45am - 3pm About the Role We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our team and help create a learning environment where every student can thrive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with students, understands the importance of inclusive education, and is eager to make a meaningful difference each day. Key Responsibilities Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils with a range of learning needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, accessible lessons. Encourage students’ independence, confidence and participation in school life. Build positive, trusting relationships with students, staff and families. About You Warm, patient and committed to helping students succeed. Able to adapt your approach to meet individual needs. Confident communicating with pupils, staff and parents. Organised, reliable and able to work well as part of a team. Experience in a school or SEND setting is beneficial but not essential. About our school Beauchamps High School is a successful 11-18 school, with examination results consistently above the national picture.
