About the role

Norbridge Academy are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher to join our academy in January 2027, on a full time, temporary basis to cover maternity leave. Are you looking for a role that will enable you to influence and give direction to the children in your classes? If so, this could be the role for you. Your new role As a Primary Teacher you will teach pupils across the full age and ability of Key Stage 1 & 2 in order to ensure the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development, and well-being. Your new school The academy is located in Worksop Nottinghamshire where we have strong links with parents and community leaders. The academy is a larger than averaged sized academy, catering for pupils from the Early Years Foundation Stage, through Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2. There are currently 434 pupils on roll in reception to Year 6 and we also have 52 place nursery. At Norbridge we believe that when staff, parents and children work together, all children, irrespective of their background, can succeed and achieve their ambitions. Our curriculum is exciting which motivates children to want to learn effectively.
