Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant/Midday Assistant Contract: Fixed Term until 31st August 2027 Hours: 12 hours per week Scale: Scale 3 Point 6-7 (Depending on qualifications and experience) Actual Salary: £7,229.40 - £7,341.41 Application Closes: Wednesday 30th September 2026 Midday Interview Date: Thursday 8th October 2026 Start Date: ASAP after interviews Support, Encourage and Empower - SEND Learning Support Assistant/Midday Assistant Wanted! Bardfield Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), is looking for a SEND Learning Support Assistant/Midday Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will support pupils to help them have an outstanding educational experience, whilst fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
