About the role

We are looking for a colleague who has:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a BA degree in English or a related subject. A successful track record as a teacher that demonstrates high quality teaching and learning and positive impact on learner outcomes. Experience of leading a team. Deep understanding of strategies to increase pupil motivation, personalise learning, and raise attainment levels. Experience of leading on intervention initiatives.
