About the role

Scalby Academy are looking to appoint a Learning Manager to join our academy in October 2026 on a part time, permanent basis Do you want to work for a Trust that is transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? If so, this could be the role for you. Your new role As a Learning Manager, you will support student learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment. Scalby Academy is a successful and popular 11-16 community school based in picturesque seaside town of Scarborough on the North Yorkshire Coast. We currently have approximately 1000 students on roll. In recent years we have become the school of choice in our local community. Our P8 score in 2024 placed us in the top 14% of schools nationally again.
