Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint a caring, dedicated and highly effective Teaching Assistant to join our team, working across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 . We are seeking an outstanding practitioner who can foster strong, trusting relationships, demonstrate empathy and understanding, and have a positive impact on the lives of all our learners including our most vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will be patient, nurturing and adaptable, with a strong commitment to promoting children’s emotional wellbeing, educational progress and personal growth. Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will help create a welcoming, engaging and supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to achieve their potential. The successful candidate will: Have experience of supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Be enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and working collaboratively as part of a team. Demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative and work independently when required. Be adaptable, patient and understanding, while maintaining clear and consistent expectations. Provide a calm, positive and consistent approach to supporting children’s learning and development.
