We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and high-quality individual who brings creativity, initiative and a genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In the mornings, you will work as a Teaching Assistant, supporting the class teacher and pupils with engaging learning activities and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. In the afternoons, you will provide 1:1 support for a named pupil on an FTC, helping them to access learning, make progress and thrive within the classroom environment. As part of your MDSA responsibilities during lunchtime, you will help ensure that children are safe, happy and engaged, promoting positive behaviour, encouraging social interaction and supporting meaningful play opportunities.
