Part of the Elveden Schools Trust Telephone no: 01953 681449 Email: office@hoptonacademy.co.uk Website: www.hopton.suffolk.sch.uk Salary: Grade 2/3 (£24796- £28142 pro-rata) Fixed Term Contract for 1 year Part Time Hours 22.5 per week, Mon-Fri 7.30-12:00 Term Time only Required ASAP We are looking for a calm, friendly, team playing Admin Assistant who would like to be part of our school’s ethos to provide the very best for our children and their families. We have amazing children and a great team who work together to make our school the most exciting learning place to be. You will have: excellent computer skills (including proficiency with the Microsoft Office package), strong organisational and prioritisation skills admin experience, ideally in a school setting strong verbal and written communication skills a flexible and proactive approach, being able to use initiative as required. understanding of confidentiality strong organisational skills. Working in a school can be, at times, fast paced and challenging. This means you will need to be flexible and have the necessary skills to respond efficiently and effectively to changing and sometimes unexpected work demands. We are a friendly team who ensure that staff wellbeing is at the forefront of our practice and we are part of a family of schools.
