Contract : Permanent - Term-Time plus 5 days INSET

Hours: 32.5 - 35 hours per week Pay Grade: H5 Actual Salary: From £21, 700 per annum Start Date: ASAP Robert Barclay Academy is seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Lead Cover Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the day-to-day learning of our students and gain valuable experience within a vibrant and dedicated school community. In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
• Support student learning within a specific department
• Assist with departmental administration tasks While previous experience in a school setting is desirable, it is not essential — full training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful candidate.
