What will you do? Provide a professional and welcoming reception service for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, ensuring effective communication in person and by telephone. Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including managing records, producing reports, handling correspondence, and completing complex data and forms for internal and external stakeholders. Support the organisation of school events, trips, training sessions and hospitality, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational delivery. Maintain and develop administrative systems, including ICT platforms, resource management, audits, and budget monitoring where required. What are we looking for? Experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures. High level of literacy and numeracy skills. Evidence of the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. Effective use of ICT packages and other specialist equipment/resources.
