Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualifiedcareers professional to support students and staff in this inner city Catholic High School. The successful candidate will be providing students and their families with a high quality and impartial careers advice service. Working closely with the designated senior leader, you will also contribute to the development of Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) across the curriculum to raise achievement and impact positively on the post 16 destinations of our students. Co-ordination of Year 10 work experience forms an important part of the role. This role goes to the heart of what we do best across school - nurturing and supporting the growth of outstanding students with high aspirations who will leave us prepared and ready for success. The post is permanent subject to a 6 month probationary period.
