Job description

Here at Brownhills Ormiston Academy, we are looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and committed Catering Assistant to support with the daily delivery of our catering provision. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Kitchen to ensure high standards of food quality, service, food safety and compliance are consistently achieved. You will support the catering operation of the whole school You will support in day-to-day kitchen operations such as preparing, cooking and serving meals. You will ensure that all catering areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard, and will help drive healthy eating, sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
