The Great Schools Trust is seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor to join King's Leadership Academy Hawthornes. The Role As Cover Supervisor, you will maintain continuity of learning during teachers’ absence by supervising classes, clearly communicating prepared lesson instructions and creating a calm, purposeful environment. You will build positive relationships with students, promote high standards of behaviour and provide helpful feedback to teaching staff.
