The Role As Cover Supervisor, you will maintain continuity of learning during teachers’ absence by supervising classes, clearly communicating prepared lesson instructions and creating a calm, purposeful environment. You will build positive relationships with students, promote high standards of behaviour and provide helpful feedback to teaching staff.
