Vacancy - Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion) Willingham Primary School is committed to safeguarding children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are conditional, and subject to an enhanced DBS check. Post: Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion) Salary: L7 -L11 Term: Permanent Want to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families? We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our senior leadership team as Deputy Headteacher and play a key role in driving our continued school development journey. You will be committed to ensuring that every child receives an excellent education and will have a particular passion for inclusion, safeguarding and supporting vulnerable pupils to thrive both academically and personally. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader who is ready to take on wider strategic responsibility and work closely with the Headteacher, governors and staff to further strengthen all aspects of school life. You will lead on inclusion across the school, support high-quality teaching and curriculum development, and contribute significantly to the culture, ethos and strategic direction of the school. You will be reflective, resilient and committed to continual professional growth.
