Exam Invigilator

Our Lady & St. Bede Catholic Academy is looking to appoint a Exam Invigilator. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in upholding the integrity and smooth running of the school’s examination process. This position is ideal for someone who is calm, observant, and reliable, with a strong sense of fairness and attention to detail. You will be responsible for supervising students during internal and external examinations, ensuring that all exam regulations are followed and that students are provided with a quiet, supportive environment in which to perform at their best. Your duties will include setting up exam rooms, distributing and collecting papers, monitoring student conduct, and reporting any irregularities in line with school and exam board policies. Working closely with the exams officer and teaching staff, you will help ensure that each exam session runs efficiently and securely. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to remain focused and composed under pressure. It's a part-time role, but one that can make a real difference.
