Job description

We’re looking for an inspiring and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant school community and help every learner thrive. 30 hours per week, term time only plus 1 week As an HLTA, you will: Lead engaging lessons and support whole classes Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality learning Provide tailored support to individuals and groups Play a key role in helping every child reach their full potential This is your opportunity to step up, lead, and truly impact young lives. We want someone who: Is confident leading learning and managing a classroom Has a passion for supporting inclusive education Builds positive relationships with students, staff, and families Is proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to excellence
