Job description

We are seeking two new inspiring Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and vibrant school community. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside talented educators, lead learning activities with confidence, and support pupils in reaching their full potential. You'll play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, nurturing positive relationships, and helping to create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Join us and help shape the future, one learner at a time. About You HLTA qualification or equivalent. Experience working withchildren with a range of SEND needs. Calm and patient with a good sense of humour. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role. A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
