Part of the AIM Federation Tel: 01263 720401 Email: operationsmanager@aimfederation.org Website: http://www.aimfederation.org Salary - Scale F, £15.06 - £16.07 per hour Fixed Term until 31 August 2027 initially Part Time 32.5 hours per week Term Time plus 1 week Required for 1 September 2026 We are looking for an excellent HLTA to join our school from September 2026. Just over 30 minutes of picturesque driving from Norwich and Great Yarmouth (travelling in the opposite direction to most cars!) is The AIM Federation - an established federation of six schools and an SEMH Base located along the beautiful North Norfolk Coast and the Norfolk Broads. Hours of work, 8.30am – 3.30pm, Monday – Friday. Not only will you be joining a dedicated and hardworking team at Freethorpe Primary, you’ll be collaborating with a wider team of around 130 staff in total, across the six schools, working together and striving to deliver the very best education for our local communities. We are looking for candidates who; Good Numeracy and Literacy skills Can form positive relationships with children, parents and staff Are able to support the children within the class and during break times. If you have information to declare it may be protected under the Exceptions Orders and you may not be required to declare it. You will be asked to make a criminal conviction declaration if you are shortlisted for the post.
