Job description

Are you passionate about helping children thrive and reach their full potential? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Tugby C of E Primary School. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with teachers to support learning both in the classroom and beyond, helping pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally. You will provide support for whole-class activities, small group interventions and individual pupils, including those with additional needs, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. As part of our nurturing village school community, you'll play an important role in creating a positive learning environment, building strong relationships with pupils and families, and contributing to the wider life of the school. From supporting learning in the classroom and our fantastic outdoor learning spaces to accompanying educational visits and promoting children's wellbeing, no two days are the same.
