Job description

Nuneaton Academy is seeking a dedicated Reading Intervention Officer to play a key role in raising literacy standards and supporting students to become confident, successful readers. Working closely with the Director of Literacy, you will deliver and coordinate targeted reading interventions, including Lexonik programmes, monitor student progress using assessment data, and provide tailored support for students who require additional literacy support, including those with SEND and EAL needs. You will also help promote a culture of reading across the academy, enabling every student to achieve their full potential.
