The ideal candidates for these positions will have: a passion for supporting children; good communication skills; enthusiasm, commitment, reliability and a willingness to learn work using own initiative, and as part of a team support the needs of our children communicate clearly and effectively with pupils and colleagues take ownership of tasks work flexibly to meet the needs of our children at the school This role will ideally suit people who wish to work in a vibrant SEND environment. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
