Lunchtime Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support pupils in the dining hall and playground, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Encourage good table manners, positive play, and social interaction. Assist the class teacher in the classroom with general duties, supporting pupils with their work and helping to create a positive learning environment when required. Deal with any incidents promptly, following the school procedures. Provide basic assistance to pupils as required (e.g. with meals or general hygiene needs). Maintain order and discipline in line with school policies and ethos. Support the school’s safeguarding and health & safety practices at all times. Promote and model our school values: Be Responsible, Be Kind, Be Respectful, Be Curious, and Be Resilient. Complete regular safeguarding training and any other relevant training as required.
