Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our supervision team. We are seeking someone who is flexible, adaptable and able to balance compassion and empathy with confidence and assertiveness to support students and promote a positive school environment We are looking for someone who will join our team who will: Have the ability to work with and communicate effectively with students and staff. Provide support/supervision for students during lunch periods both in and out of the dining hall to ensure a safe environment at all times. Support the Academy in ensuring the safety and welfare of all students. Ensure all misbehaviour is reported using Academy procedures and that no misbehaviour goes unchallenged. Remain assertive whilst showing compassion and empathy. Be an enthusiastic team member. You will have: A Good standard of education. Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with staff and students. The ability to relate well to children. Energy, drive and enthusiasm.
