Love God, Love Yourself, Love your Neighbour Lunchtime Supervisor Hours - 5 hours per week over 5 days a week 38 weeks per year Permanent position Grade C2-3, £25614 FTE, £2903.94 actual per annum Do you have the skills, passion and experience to work as a Lunchtime Supervisor and support the safety and behaviour of our pupils? They are embedded in our curriculum and underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens. We have an opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and support our children during their lunchtime break. We are looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly Someone who will strive to make the lunchtime experience for our children as positive as possible by building good relationships and responding to playground issues fairly; Someone who understands how to tackle challenging behaviour in children with respect and understanding, following the school’s Behaviour Policy; An individual who has high expectations of healthy eating and table manners and supports the children to develop good eating habits; A person who understands our children and our community and who is able to build supportive and respectful relationships with children whilst maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct; An energetic individual who smiles often, engages with the children and models the values and ethos of our school at all times. Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently, Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
