Job description

You will be responsible for further developing the Maths curriculum throughout the school and providing CPD and development to non-subject specialists. A key part of this role will be to deliver accreditations from Entry Level 2 to Level 2 from a range of examination boards. As Maths TLR, you will: Lead the development of high-quality maths teaching across the school. Support colleagues in delivering innovative, engaging and inclusive lessons. Drive progress and attainment in maths, ensuring all students can thrive. Contribute to whole-school improvement through curriculum innovation, data analysis, and staff development. Champion numeracy across the curriculum and promote a love of mathematics. You are a resilient and inspiring educator with a track record of excellence in the classroom. You bring creativity, reflection, and leadership to empower staff and students alike, helping them overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
