Job description

Our successful candidate will provide supervision, care and play based interaction to our pupils at lunch time. This will involve organising and supporting pupils with a range of indoor and outdoor activities. Our successful candidate will: be an outstanding role model to children, demonstrating our school values have high expectations for children and their learning demonstrate a consistent approach to positive behaviour management have the ability to inspire and motivate pupils demonstrate excellent communication skills be a team player with effective organisational skills We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff are subject to an enhanced DBS check. A conviction may not exclude candidates from appointment but will be considered as part of the recruitment process. The role will be for 1 hour 15 minutes per day 11:40am - 12:55pm or 11.50 am - 1.05pm Monday to Friday. All new employees to the Trust are subject to a six-month probationary period.
