Nursery Officer

We are a Local Authority Maintained Nursery School provision for children from 2 to 4 years of age. We also offer wraparound provision in the form of breakfast, after school and holiday clubs for our whole age range. Since September 2018, we have been a part of the Birmingham Federation of Maintained Nursery Schools. We share an Executive Head Teacher with another Nursery School and a Governing Board with 8 other Birmingham Local Authority Maintained Nursery Schools. In addition to the full board, we also each have a local committee which focuses on the running of clusters of schools. We are seeking an outstanding, term-time only, Nursery Officer (Grade A) to join our dedicated team to cover a maternity leave absence. If you have the knowledge, empathy, professionalism, drive and skill to fulfil this role, we would like to hear from you. This role requires a working pattern of 8:30am-3:30pm, 3 days per week, and 08:30-16:00 2 days a week (currently Wednesdays and Thursdays) to attend staff meetings.
