Full details can be found at: Employee Benefits - Carlton Academy Trust We are looking for: We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as Key Stage Three Pastoral Lead, with a strong commitment to promoting a culture of ambition, respect, and resilience across the school. The role is central to ensuring high standards of pastoral care and behaviour for learning, including overseeing the transition from Year Six to Year Seven and coordinating parent and carer consultation evenings. The successful candidate will lead and quality assure pastoral systems and processes, work closely with teaching and inclusion teams, and use data effectively to identify needs and drive targeted support and intervention. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational capability, and a proactive, solution focused approach to supporting students, families, and colleagues, with a clear focus on improving outcomes for all learners.
