School Business Manager Vacancy - Pudsey Southroyd Primary School As we shape our new way of working, we’re looking for talented individuals who can help complete our vision. Pudsey Southroyd is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, highly motivated, and positive-minded School Business Manager to join our committed and friendly team. This is a key leadership role within our fantastic, forward-thinking school, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and ambitious environment. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body to lead on all aspects of school business management, including finance, HR, health and safety, premises and site operations, and compliance. We are looking for someone who: Is enthusiastic, proactive, organised and efficient, with the ability to manage and meet deadlines. Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively. Brings strong financial acumen and, ideally, experience in a school or related setting (although relevant transferable experience will be considered). Is committed to delivering high-quality business services to support the education and wellbeing of our children, staff and families. Understands the importance of safeguarding and has a strong sense of professional responsibility. Wants to be part of a school that values ambition, community, and continuous improvement.
