Job description

SEN Teaching Assistant Your role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with staff to support a child with SEN, helping them access learning and achieve their individual targets. You will support individuals and small groups when required, under the guidance of teaching staff, and play a vital role in promoting inclusion. You’ll need strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt learning activities. Above all, you’ll share our commitment to safeguarding and to creating a positive, respectful environment where every child feels valued.
