Job description

The skills and experience we're looking for are: - A teacher who is passionate about teaching in Key Stage 1 and is committed to inspiring children to achieve their best. A teacher who can effectively meet the needs of pupils with SEND through inclusive practice, adaptive teaching, and appropriate support and challenge. A teacher who can plan and deliver engaging, well-sequenced KS1 lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and promote high expectations. A collaborative professional who will contribute to the development and implementation of the school curriculum and work closely with colleagues in planning. A practitioner who maintains excellent classroom behaviour routines and promotes pupils’ personal development in line with our school values. A team player who can build positive relationships with parents and the wider community. An individual who is committed to fulfilling statutory responsibilities and is keen to drive standards forward at the rapid pace needed to address whole school development priorities.
