Job description

Assistant Site Manager Salary: £28,598 - £31,022 per annum (NJC Scale 5) Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday, full time, permanent (all year round) Split shift: Early shift: Monday—Thursday from 6.30am to 2.30pm and Friday from 6.30am to 2..00pm. Late shift: Monday-Thursday from 1.30pm to 9.30pm and Friday from 10.30am to 6.00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break per day). We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Site Manager to join our team and support the Site Manager in ensuring the upkeep, safety and overall well-being of our school environment. You will have a range of responsibilities from maintenance and cleaning to security, heating and health and safety protocols. You will be a strong team player who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude. All employees and volunteers will be required to undertake safeguarding training on induction which will be regularly updated in line with statutory guidance.
