Job description
The successful candidate will:
Be anexcellent classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils are most vulnerable
Have a minimum of2 years’ experience in the Primary phase
Have experience anda secureknowledge oftheNationalCurriculum and Pedagogy
Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards
Have experience of leading others
Be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the vision forward
have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners
Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan
