Job description

Thank you for showing interest in our school. We are looking to appoint a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who has the desire to promote a love of learning and the belief that every child will succeed. At Thomas Harding Junior School, you will be part of an amazing team, who are determined to enable every child to succeed and put the children at the heart of everything they do. This is a full time permanent contract, working term time only (39 weeks of the year). Working hours will be 8:45 - 15:45 Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week. Actual salary from £20,954. Every member of our team shares a commitment to building the aspiration, growth mindset and moral character of our pupils. We innovate and adapt to meet the changing needs of the curriculum, community and most importantly - our pupils. As a result, our children do very well, they have very positive attitudes to learning, high standards of behaviour and excellent attainment across the curriculum.
