Job description

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inspiring team. In this rewarding role, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers, pupils, and families, you will play a vital part in nurturing confidence, supporting individual needs, and celebrating every success. If you are caring, patient, and committed to helping children thrive both academically and personally, we would love to hear from you. About You English and Maths qualifications to Level 2 (GCSE A-C), or equivalent. A Teaching Assistant Qualification, or equivalent. Experience of working with children. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role. A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
