The Role We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and hardworking individual who wants to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives. As a Teaching Assistant in a mixed aged class, you will: Work closely with experienced teachers and support staff Help create a nurturing, structured and engaging learning environment Support pupils with a wide range of needs Develop your skills and confidence in SEND practice This role is ideal for candidates from both mainstream and special school settings who are keen to deepen their understanding of working with children with additional needs.
