Job description

The role is to manage the classroom and supervise the students when teaching staff are absent, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged with their work. Cover Supervisors will also be expected to promote good behaviour using our Behaviour Management procedures, create a positive learning environment, report back any behavioural or other issues, and follow College policies relating to child protection, health and safety and confidentiality.
