If so, we would love to hear from you. is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Sports Facilities team as Casual Sports Facilities Assistants.This is an exciting opportunity tosupportthe day-to-day operation of our sports facilities while helping to deliver an outstanding experience for students, members, visitors, and the wider community. What You'll Be Doing Supportingthe safe and efficient operation of the College's sports facilities. Welcoming customers and providing a professional reception service. Managing bookings, memberships, and customer enquiries through our membership systems. Delivering gym inductions and a variety of fitness classes and activity sessions. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across the facilities. Processing customer payments andsupportingday-to-day administration. Creating engaging social media content to help promote our facilities, events, and memberships. Assisting with opening and closing procedures andsupportingweekend and event activities as required. What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who: Hold, or are working towards, a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification. Have experience in a leisure, fitness, sports, education, or customer-facing environment. Are passionate about health, fitness, and delivering excellent customer service. Have strong communication and IT skills. Can work effectively bothindependentlyand as part of a team. Are reliable, professional, andcommittedto maintaining high standards.
